JNTUK How To Apply For Revaluation/Recounting/Challenge valuation through online

Well, there are many students who do not know the exact procedure how to apply for the re-evaluation or recounting or challenge via online. So we are here to help you to understand how easy it is to get through it. However, the JNTU Kakinada students can apply directly Recounting / Revaluation / Challenge Valuation PG/UG Courses through a simple procedure online. 

JNTUK Procedure in order to apply for Revaluation/Recounting/Challenge valuation through online

Students can very easily apply for Recounting/Revaluation/Challenge only through the online procedure. Moreover, all the principal's belonging to the affiliated colleges under the administration of the university is here to inform that the students have to apply directly for Recounting / Revaluation / Challenge Valuation for any course following the basic procedure and the link given to the students.

Payment for Revaluation/Recounting/Challenge Valuation

The students are highly recommended to know that they should pay fees of about Rs. 1000.00 for Revaluation and Rs. 100.00 for Recounting respectively. Even though payment is made to online, where you can make use of different options in order to pay the fee, such as credit card, debit card, master or Visa cards. Alternatively, you can also reach your nearest SBI bank in order to pay the fee online, thereby generating Challan and then complete the payment process. You will hear find clear information about the payments that need to be done with respect to each option that you prefer. 
  • Recounting Rs. 100/- per subject
  • Revaluation Rs. 1000/- per subject
  • Challenge Valuation Rs.10,000/- per subject
While being the respective fees you need to select either revaluation, recounting or challenge Valuation and then pay the fees. You need to provide your details while applying for any of the above-mentioned categories. It is included with essential as well as personal information such as name, course, hall ticket number, semester, contact details, subject name, and so on.

Once you have specified the details, click on the submit option. Before you could go ahead, make sure you check all the details so that they are accurate and perfect. As already said you need to select one of the payment procedures in order to move ahead. Then the transaction will be made successfully upon which the transactions that are processed after the last date will never be considered and they will never be refunded. 

If you have successfully completed the process make sure that you take print out of the payment details so that it will be useful for you in the future. In addition to that, you can also take a print out of the e-Receipt of State Bank Collect payment as this will help in providing you with essential information. The students are allowed to apply for revaluation or accounting for only one subject at a time. If in case you are interested to apply for more than one subject, then you need to apply for each of them following the same procedure separately. 

Simple step-by-step process play for Revaluation/Recounting/Challenge valuation through online
  • First, click on the official website where you can apply for Revaluation/Recounting/Challenge through online.
  • Then you will find a page where you need to click on the checkbox in order to proceed for the payment and then click on the submit option. 
  • Select state to which you belong and then type the prospective Institute. For us,
  1. State of Corporate / Institution: Andhra Pradesh
  2. Type of Corporate / Institution: Educational Institutions Select State and Type of Corporate Institution
  • Please select the educational institution name that has been registered under the JNTU KAKINADA EXAMS A/C (OPT BY REGIST Select Educational Institutions Name
  • You will be then provided with payment option such as,
  1. JNTUK CHALLENGE VALUATION FEE 
  2. JNTUK REVALUATION FEE 
  3. JNTUK RECOUNTING FEE
  • Provide your whole ticket number along with the subject code for which you would like to proceed for revaluation or recounting. 
  • Once this is done make sure to check the hall ticket number as well as subject code before proceeding to the next step. 

  • Then you need to provide your contact details, date of birth, mobile number, email address and so on. 
  • And then you need to take printouts of the e-receipt / remittance(PAP) form, as this will help you to make the entire process easy and can also go through it when needed. 
  • You can even take a print out of it whenever you want but for that, you need to provide your personal information that includes the date of birth, date of payment, contact details, etc.,
  • Remember: 
  • The students are strictly advised to be careful by providing the information as this plays a very important role. So be careful by applying through online either for Recounting/ Revaluation/ Challenge valuation. 
  • If you have provided wrong or insufficient information you will be rejected completely. Moreover, you need to forfeit the amount paid in this connection.
  • The only way to apply for Recounting/ Revaluation/ Challenge valuation is via online only.
  • You will not find an option to Recounting/ Revaluation/ Challenge valuation for lab marks.
